Hello, my name's Saki! Here's where I will post my commission info, prices and guidelines, as well as past samples!

Things to note
1. None of the above projects include character design
2. If the character setting is very interesting, I will draw more for you for free.
3. You can pay an additional 50% of the total price as rush order fees to skip the queue by being placed on top of the waitlist

  • Complex architectural elements

  • Mecha, furry, bara, real-people, complicated robotic elements

  • Overly disturbing content, explicit content including NSFW

  • Elder people

  • DO NOT CLAM MY WORKS AS YOUR WORKS

  • English is my second language so maybe the way I talk will be a little weird.

  • Working process: -> Receive slot, brief -> commission quote -> Sketch -> 100% payment -> Line -> Base -> Render -> Final (PNG or JPEG file)

  • I only accept payment via Vietnam bank account (VNĐ) and PayPal. I will only send you the finished work after receiving the full payment. Final commission prices will include an additional 5% fee due to paypal fee.

  • Canceling the commission at any step will require a refund at that step (sketch 70% -> Line 30% -> Color 0%), you can cancel the commission at any time.

  • Commission is not first come first serve, I will take the request/brief to consideration from easiest to hardest, I will always update the commission list so you can check your commission slots on the list.

  • Please understand if I decline your commission!

  • Up to 3 alterations can be made without additional charge. From the fourth alteration onwards, each will be charged 3$. This WILL NOT include my own mistakes. Please understand that you're only allowed to ask for edits during sketching stage and minor adjustments in the finishing stage. And you can only ask for refunds during the sketching stage.

  • Please prepare the brief/references beforehand! It will help me a lot with visualizing and sketching your artwork.

  • The sketch will be sent by a week after the brief's given. Usually commissions with too many details and full bg and full render will take a lot of time to complete, so please let me know the deadline so we can both know our plans.

  • I will send regular W.I.Ps every one or two weeks depending on the complexity of the work. You can asked for the progress notifications at any time. With each step, I will always make sure to ask and discuss with you before continuing. After 1 week without receiving feedback, I will proceed with the next steps until the commission is completed.

  • The time to complete a chibi commission is 2 weeks, the longest is 4 weeks, the time to complete a normal commission is 2 months, if the commission has too many complicated details it will be about 3-4 months. I will definitely notify you in advance if I have any unexpected plans.

  • Do feel free to contact me if you have not heard from me in a while. If you have a reason to be unable to contact for a long time, please message me as soon as you can so that we can plan our deadline.

  • If there are no more changes with the sketch, you have 1 week to pay the commission price, after 1 week I will push your slot to the bottom of my list, after 2 weeks I will cancel the comm. If there is a problem, please notify me.

  • If I cancel the commission, the previous payment will be 100% refunded.

  • I will notify you as soon as I can when I feel the commission will take longer than 3 months. If I do not complete on time and you do not accept the reason, all previous payments will be refunded.

  • Files will be sent in PNG or JPEG format through Drive or Email, I can send you PSD file in case you need it (and remember Save it to your own file, because I may delete the drive file in the future)

  • All commissions are for PERSONAL use only!

  • Please be patient with me, I will try to complete the Commission in the shortest time I can plan, pleaseeeee be patient with me sobs, I am still a university student so sometimes I am quite busy with school projects.

  • Please inform me before hand if you choose to commercialize your commission works afterward (I do not accept NFT). All commercial work will have additional commercial fees in their estimated prices. Usually about 60% to 80% of the commission price, can be negotiated.
