Hello, my name's Saki! Here's where I will post my commission info, prices and guidelines, as well as past samples!

Things to note
1. I am able to add small deco around if enough motifs are provided, otherwise it will be as sample follows
2. Details will be super simplified, (Any important details you want to keep or want me to design for simplicity must be clearly stated, I do not accept overly complicated designs for this style.)

Things to note
1. All prices above exclude detail fees and background fees.
2. If the character setting is very interesting, I will draw more for you for free.
3. You can pay an additional 50% of the total price as rush order fees to skip the queue by being placed on top of the waitlist
4. Rush order is only available if I am able to work with it, please confirm with me beforehand before placing an order
5. Complexity charge: +5USD / +10USD / +15USD
6. For all other types of Commissions: +1 Character/+80% price
For Chibi S size: +1 character/+100% price
Ex: one chibi couple slot, one character is 50$, two characters is 50 + (50 x 0.8) = 90$ (Total)

Terms of Service (T.O.S)

GENERAL
Client and Artist rights
- The client must be of legal age (18+) to be able to commission.
- By sending payment, the client agrees to all terms listed in this TOS
- Artist defines project details and may use commercial-free/royalty-free assets.
- Artist will NOT use Generative AI in any part of their process or workflow.
- Artist can decline projects based on factors like content, deadlines, or personal health issues.
- The base price is for personal use only.
If you wish to use it for commercial properties (Selling, streaming and content creation etc) please let me know first and I will discuss with you about the price.REVISIONS
Rough Sketch: 2 free revisions; can not be edited after passing this section.
Sketch: 2 free revisions; can not be edited after passing this section.
Color comp: 1 free revision; can not be edited after passing this section;
Final work (lineart/rendering): Final revisions are only accepted for artist errors (e.g., missed details or incorrect colors based on the original brief).
LARGE changes (pose, BG, outfit etc) cannot be made during the rendering phase.
Please make sure you send the revision requirement all in once to avoid extra charge.
Additional revisions will be charged $5-10 per change.
Please be sure to check for any mistakes during each stage. Requests for changes after you have said, “No problem at this point!” or things like that will not be accepted.
Requests for modifications beyond the reasonable range will result in a request for the termination of cooperation.
Please prepare the brief/references beforehand! It will help me a lot with visualizing and sketching your artwork. If possible you can provide personalities and relevant motifs/mascots of character for better result.
If it was something I missed from the reference of the original commission form or during feedback stages, I will be more than happy to correct it with no additional fees required.
If fixing is requested because of a detail missing from the character's reference or due to the client's failure to include it in their form or feedback before completion of the work, an additional charge will be requested.
Please note that poses given as reference will be tweaked depending on the composition so what I draw may not be accurate to the reference given.REFUNDS
In case of termination of cooperation, refunds will be made by the progress of completion.
Cancelled during Sketch: 50% refund.
Cancelled during Lineart/Color: 20% refund.
After rendering has started: No refund.
If commission is not completed by set deadline and I fail to inform of any circumstances beforehand, you can either cancel and get a 100% refund or still proceed but get a 30% refund and completed work within another week.
For cancelling, please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel and negotiate. Some services are hard to cancel halfway due to its quick delivery time.
Refunds will be processed excluding any transaction fees.USE
Personal use or commercial
The purpose must be stated, and concealment of use is prohibited, or I will apply for arbitration.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights are reserved to me (the artist).
Do not claim my work as your own.ARTIST
I retain all copyrights to my work, including, but not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the images as samples for self-promotion. (Images will be resized and posted in low resolution with my watermark. Credit to client will be given if necessary.)
I will not be using the artwork for commercial purposes outside of simply promoting myself unless discussed with the client otherwise.
I have the right to refuse service to a client for any reason.
I have the right to stream the commission process unless requested not to otherwise.CLIENT & USAGE
If the client wishes for the commission request to be private, please state beforehand.
Clients are permitted to use the art they receive from me for any personal use such as: social media profile picture, wallpapers, and upload into their character gallery as long as proper credit to me is attached.
Clients are not allowed to take credit of my art as their own.
Clients are not allowed to trace, copy, or apply edits to my art without my permission. (I am usually lenient if asked beforehand when it comes to color/filter edits, but tracing or redrawing bits of the work is prohibited unless permission is given.)
Clients are allowed to print the work as long as no profit is to be made of it and is only for personal use unless discussed otherwise.
Do not upload my works publicly in full resolution without a watermark or credit.
Do not use my work for any harmful and illegal means.
My works are not to be used for anything related to cryptocurrency and NFT (Non-fungible Tokens), and must not be uploaded to any Mimic/AI programs/art generators.
Strictly prohibited from using the artwork for any form of data mining, scraping, or training of automated image generation software.
If my work is found in any AI/cryptocurrency sites related to previous bullets, it is used without my authorization.COMMUNICATION

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with any of my terms written above, I encourage you to look for other artists who will suit your preferences better.Any breach of this TOS will result in an immediate Permanent Blacklist and a Public Transaction Warning issued across all art communities and platforms to protect fellow creators.
